Trainer membership Training

Depending on the financial support from EU who provided to CLC by CNV-I, Cambodia Conferderation has conduted a training of “The strengthening of membership Increasing” was conducted on 28th November 2014 in CLC meeting room with 27 participant and 4 female. The participant is the union leader and activist who come from 07 unions. This training aim is to increase knowledge on mobilizing strategy and increasing more member to get financial to support union in sustainable. To build capacity and skills, increase more members in union leader, union confederation, and activist. Share experiences and lesson leant of success organizing activities and to increase more member’s joint with union for promoting core labour standard. The training is facilitated by Mr. Eat Buntheng HR and Education Coordinator of CLC.

There are three main speaker to sharing experience and do presentation like Mr. Ean Kim Hun, organizer of CLC has share on the point of introduction of membership, the effective of membership identify and membership collection, and the strategy to increase membership. Mr. Kong Athid, General Secretary of CLC come to shared experience of the success story and challenges of membership participant with trade union. Mr. Saong Yot has share on the part of the membership mobilizing.

Result: the training of “Trainer membership Training” get more successful. We has following on the program and have good time management. The participants have more interested and they have more understanding from the training. The participants have more question and active in sharing the some experience also. The speakers in the training are very strong in sharing and answer the question.
