Training ILO convention on 138,182,100 and 111 for Local leader Unions

On 24,25 February 2015 Cambodian Labour Confederation has to conducted the ILO convention on 138,182,100 and 111 to increase the knowledge to trade union leaders on freedom of discrimination of employment and occupation and equal remuneration; increase skill and how to advocate other entity, and to increase the knowledge to trade union leaders on Worst Forms of Child Labor and Minimum Age for Admission to Employment. There were 43 participants including 4 female from the CLC’s affiliate and leaders of federation.

This training was provided by Mr. Prit Sout Legal Coordinator internal recourse of Cambodian Labour Confederation to sharing experience and skills on ILO convention. Especially, Mr. Alain Pelce National Coordinator for Thailand was to invited expert for the expert to sharing experience on Skype online from Thailand on ILO convention.

Very interested and actively from participate and to sharing the experience about the child labou and discrimination on labour right.

The result of the training as: All participants has receive the new skills and gained more experience about the ILO convention and will be provide this knowledge to another members and non-members on how to know about the labour right and core labour standards in Cambodia.
