Research and Development Training

The project has organized a Research and Development training on 30th October, 2015 at CLC’s office under the topic of “Fundamental of Research and Development”. There were 22 participants including 8 females from various federation of CLC and staffs. Ms. Meng Vavy, a Research and Project Assistant of EU, has shared about the basic information of research and development in the whole training.

A lot of topic was provided by trainers to participants including; (1) what is research and development? (2) Purposes of research and development and (3) time of research. Moreover, PHD. Kem Ley, is a Freeland consultant and he is also one of member of steering committee of the project was invited to share about the critical and research technique to participants as included; Research Processes, and Methodologies of Data Collection and Analysis.
