Training on Gender ToT, CLC Gender policy and CLC Gender

During 23-24th July, 2015, the project has conducted a training on TOT Gender, CLC Gender policy with 26 participants including 17 females from CLC’s affiliates, CLC staffs and university students. The participant has learnt about “Gender Definition and Current Women’s Issues in Cambodia, CLC Gender Policy and Gender TOT” as well and after trained they expect that,

union movement is a part of gender mainstreaming and promote number of women to became a leader. Anyway, Mr. Ath Thorn, President of CLC has inspired the participant and union movements have to increase the women’s voice and women equality between men and women at the workplace follow by ILO convention No.183&189.
