On 11 March, 2016, there were 23 participants and other 6 females from CLC’s affiliated have attended the training on “Capacity building on Negotiation and Dispute resolution skills” which strengthening to federation, local union member and CLC staffs. The purpose training is to provide the knowledge on negotiation skill and dispute resolution, strengthening the CLC staffs and affiliated member on the basic knowledge and technique of negotiation and Dispute settlement skill with positive attitude.
