Women Leadership training

CLC have cooperated with CNV-I provide the training on “Women Empowerment in Labour Sector” to CLC staffs and its affiliation on 23 March 2016 with 22 participant and 13 females. The overall objective of the training is to 1). Provide the knowledge on women leader’s capacity building and young leadership, 2). Increase staff’s capacity on women and human rights and apply into their workplace, 3). Build the concept of CLC staffs and affiliates about Women Empowerment

in Labour Sector. The participants had understood clearly about their roles and promote them to aware on women rights and how to apply in everywhere, they are actively in promoted gender equality in union movement and stronger ability to increase the number of women role in leadership and better decision making in unions movement.
