Mr. Hong Vuthy, Project Coordinator of CLC has come to open remark for this training about advocacy and lobby. He has updated the total member of CLC and union confederation, the new office that CLC has increase at three provinces more. He also focuses on the power of union, the cooperation between EU with CNV-I and CLC to implement the activity.

Mr. Kong Rina, Advocacy Coordinator of CLC is a main internal speaker of CLC comes to share on the strategy to do advocacy to lobby, soft and hart to do advocacy. He adds on the point of human right, democracy, and minimum wage.

Mr. Phen Arun Reaksmey, Project Coordinator development policy from NGO Forum who is an external speaker come to share on the methods of advocacy and lobbying at the national, regional and international, history of NGOs forum. He added that his organization activate the number four is developing land and livelihood issues and environment research center information.

The participant get more knowledge on the how to do advocacy and lobby. After training, they have more confident in doing the advocacy; they are clearly on the step of advocacy.
